Customers have the option to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Order cancellations can be made before the product is processed. If canceled before then, a full refund will be issued. However, we regret that we are unable to cancel your order if the product has already been shipped.
